Before placing an order

Check the branch, order method, items, heat levels and contact details. Availability and the final price are checked by the server. Prices are in New Zealand dollars, and delivery fees are shown before payment.

Payment and confirmation

A basket is not an order. A return from Stripe alone does not prove payment; the site verifies payment with Stripe before showing a paid order. Keep your reference for any enquiry.

Collection and delivery

Orders are restricted to active kitchens and configured service areas. Preparation times are estimates. Follow the selected branch’s collection instructions. Provide an accurate delivery address and reachable phone number.

Changes, problems and refunds

Contact the branch promptly with your reference if something is wrong or you need a change. The team must review what can be changed once preparation starts. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Food information

Illustrative photographs may differ from served dishes. Recipes and allergen information must be operator-approved before launch. Discuss allergies with the kitchen before ordering.
